Arrivals & Departures
Check-In — Begins at 3:00 PM
We’ll text your self check-in details the morning of your arrival. Early arrival may be accommodated when available; we are happy to check in advance.
Check-Out — By 11:00 AM
A later departure may be arranged when possible.
Reservations & Payment
Each stay is reserved with care and prepared especially for you.
- Rates are based on one or two guests per room and are subject to applicable taxes
- Reservations are secured with a valid credit or debit card
- Direct bookings are processed the day prior to arrival
- Third-party reservations follow the policies of their respective platforms
- We graciously accept cash, major credit cards, traveler’s checks, and gift certificates
Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans may change.
- Cancellations made after charges are processed will incur a 5% processing fee, reflecting non-refundable transaction costs
A Note on Arrival
To ensure a seamless and secure experience for all, we kindly request:
- The names of all guests in your party
- A valid form of contact
- A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation
For late or self-guided arrivals, identification may be requested in advance.
An Atmosphere of Rest
Evenings at the inn are meant for rest and relaxation.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Enjoying the Inn
Apple Crest Inn is intended as a peaceful retreat for registered guests.
- Registered guests only, unless prior arrangements are made
- Our parlors, gardens, and guest rooms are yours to enjoy quietly and respectfully
- Gatherings or special use of the property may be arranged with advance approval
Preserving the Home
To maintain the beauty and integrity of our historic home:
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are permitted outdoors only
- Please remain a respectful distance from entrances and windows
For safety and preservation, the following are not permitted anywhere on the property:
- Open flames, including candles and incense
- Fireworks, sparklers, or decorative glitter
A cleaning fee will apply for any violation of these policies.
Athena’s Enchanted Room — Canine Companions Welcome
In one special corner of the inn, we are delighted to extend hospitality to well-mannered canine guests.
- Accommodates up to two dogs per stay, maximum 80 lbs each
- Pet accommodation fee: $75 per stay
We kindly ask that your companions:
- Are house-trained and gentle in nature
- Remain off beds and furnishings
- Are not left unattended unless comfortably crated
To preserve the tranquility of the inn, pets are limited to this suite and the grounds and are not permitted in shared spaces.
Care of the Inn
Our home is filled with carefully chosen furnishings and details.
- Guests are respectfully responsible for any damages, losses, or extraordinary cleaning needs
- Responsibility extends to all members of your party
- Applicable charges may be applied to the card on file
Privacy & Safety
- Cameras are present in public areas only for the safety of all guests
- From time to time, photography may occur in shared spaces where privacy is not expected

Our setting is alive with the quiet rhythms of the Ozarks.
- You may encounter deer at dusk, hear the call of owls, or notice other woodland visitors
- While we care for the grounds attentively, nature remains beautifully unpredictable
Practical Matters
- Guests assume responsibility for personal safety and belongings
- Apple Crest Inn is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses beyond the cost of the stay
- Any legal matters shall be handled within Benton County, Arkansas
